Oh where oh where is my photographer?
sigh. still cant find investiture photographer. Jia Yee found me her junior, Elin, but she also last min cannot make it. Sigh. Qian cui got a compulsory talk that day, cant make it either. how????? Gladys? haha, will she help?
I cut my hair. hahahah. so long nv cut le. But the length never change. hahaha.... just thinned it. but Singapore still as hot, not much use. Only 1 day back in school and i am super stressed up le. Maybe cuz today i very very very very tired. I dunno why either, i slept earlier than usual last nite eh. Econs lect i fighting to keep awake cuz i finally found an econs lect i understand. Was reading the 《药》原文 in LEP room and spent like 20mins cuz i kept dozing off. Now so tired, and getting a headache, but cant sleep, have to do investitute booklet. And i dun really noe how to move the text around... and i wan landscape but in a different way. ARGH, i need serious help. Then i gotta collate the PW interviews by tomorrow. And i got no free periods tomorrow at all to do these. And i need to study for 《药》 cuz today din have time to test. And i got econs DRQ and MCQ tomorrow or fri too... and 《侨厂长上任记》test on fri, the most lengthy and boring 小说 which i am least interested in. argh. I am suffocating again. And hey, its only 1 day lor. sigh. There was this talk on NS and defence thingy that almost lasted 2 hrs. Suprisingly, it wasn dry and boring. It was quite fun and very interesting. We watched many videos of life in NS and the importance of NS and this senior of ours from 03/01, who is now this officer figure, came back to talk to us and joined the panel of discussion etc. 1 senior officer from Air Force, one NS officer (the senior), 1 mám from SAFTI answered questions. The whole thing was done in a play format, and there was this irritating, sickly sweet acting-as-couple couple. They cant keep their hands off each other and keep distracting the audience by hitting each other playfully, or the girl whining or yucks. its just so boliao. And the girl cant even act properly, quite fake. But i learnt how important NS is, and how great all the NS guys are. Never saw them as protecting us, guarding the nation. But i guess that's exactly what they are all doing. The experience also changes them, whether they themselves see it or not. The become much much more matured, and are no longer the boy they use to be. They meet pple of different backgrounds, drastic-ly different walks of life... and are no longer trapped in the world they grew up in. And so i realised how amidst their complaints and grumblings they are actually sacrificing so much for us. The senior said he lived through his training with support of his family, friends and his girlfriend. hahah. he so cute. He got the typical TJCian face too! haha... Den he told the guys in the audience not to worry abt their relationships being jeopardized while they are in NS. hahahaa.... i guess it depends, really. And this senior might juz be lucky and has a supportive and loyal girlfriend. haha. good for him. But wadeva it is.... 我向所有的阿兵哥致敬。 谢谢你们。 加油！ =P I cant stand it le. i have to sleep. I just called Kee Liang and Yvonne. I cant complete the stuff by tomorrow. sorry. have to SLEEP. argh. life is hectic. Joyce at 9:42 PM
